These renders were created to both show the client what the proposed plan for the new house and garage would look like, as well as to try to convince the zoning board of appeals to accept the variances that were being asked for. The first 5 images depict how the proposed garage would be obscured from the road by a tall hedge. The remaining images mostly depict how the proposed plan would look from the Southern and Northern neighbor’s yards. Unfortunately, the meeting didn’t quite go the way everyone would have liked, and there will need to be some work done to try and minimize the encroachment of both the home and garage into the Skyplane.
