The client had already submitted an architectural plan for a new home, pool, & poolhouse/garage before the Southampton ARB which had been denied. A new architect was contacted to make the recommended changes. I was then tasked with visualizing those changes. The ARB seemed rather impressed this time around and approved the plan.
