Client had purchased an adjacent property to their residence and wanted to build a tennis court with a pool house overlooking it which would also have a large swimming pool located inside. It was important that: 1) as many existing trees as possible would be preserved and 2) that the structure was not significantly visible from the next door neighbor’s private driveway. The first set of renders begin at the driveway entrance to the residence, depicting how the new structure would look from this roadway. The second set contain the pool house interior. The final set show how the pool house would look from the beginning of the neighbor’s driveway, up to their residence. The architectural plan was approved at the very first ARB meeting.
