Lake Road DRB

I was brought in recently to provide a more comprehensive set of realistic renders for a design review board out on Long Island. The design approval was denied at the initial hearing for a number of reasons, one of which there being only a single, low quality rendering showcasing just the front of the house. The first set of images are what was submitted to the review board for the rescheduled hearing. The second set of images are what I came up with using alternative materials, primarily brick.
